How do I run an expense claim report to show what an individual has claimed in a year?

I need to do an analysis to make sure that all the items for this individual have been claimed during 2022. This is a simple request and I'm surprised that I can't at least find a basic report that allows me to select a user or a department to see what's been claimed. I need it line and not by total which NetSuite already provides.

Can anyone help please?
