How to resolve error "The file could not be imported, because the amount is not valid"?

I have been doing these for the last 10 months and have not received this before. What am I missing?


FAILURE REASON

The file could not be imported, because the amount is not valid. It may have the wrong format or exceed the character limit. For specifications, check with your file provider.
