Why Is There a Different Name for the Same Invoices Form?

Hello

As an Admin role, I changed the invoice form name form ABC123 >to> XYZ456

now I see the home name as ABC123

but another role still sees the old form name ABC123

What is the reason? and how I can fix it?

the same thing for field name
