How to flag a customer profile as tax exempt?

Hello! Our current process is for our Education Sales Team to create new customer profiles in NetSuite, sometimes their customers are tax exempt and sometimes they are taxable. Instead of emailing the sales team each time to have them confirm if the customer is taxable, is there a check box or another area that would indicate if the customer is taxable or not?
