How do I change the owner of a Scheduled Saved Report?

Greetings!

We are on a One World Instance and have subsidiaries that create Scheduled Saved Reports. Frequently, the owner of the Schedule moves on and the subsidiaries are unable to change the owner to a different employee without asking the Admins to do it. Is there a way to change the owner and still retain all of the settings of the original schedule at the subsidiary level. SuiteAnswers - Change the Owner of the Schedule of a Saved Report - did not work as expected. Thank you!
