Why is there no Sales Order when creating Wave?

Hi,

I need help figuring out why no Sales Order is being returned when creating a Wave. I have multiple Sales Orders with Pending Fulfillment status. Even simple Wave criteria like Location and Order Type doesn't return anything. But when I search for Transfer Orders, it returns my search, so I am not sure what am I missing here.

Any ideas?
