Why does terminated Subscription show negative on Deferred Waterfall Report?
I am trying to reconcile my deferred revenue waterfall report and have several lines that are not clearing. I have an example.
We have Suitebilling and ARM, on my Deferred Waterfall report I show the following terminated subs with negative deferred revenue, the problem is there isnt a positive to offset it.
The subscription was terminated the same day it started and an invoice and credit memo were issued and cancelled out, but somehow the Negative Deferred is showing on the report with no offset, I looked at the other deferred accounts to see if there was an offset in a different deferred account but all I see is current subscriptions and this negative. There were $102K in subscriptions that were terminated in the same fashion, but this is the only one that has the issue. Is there a setup issue with this item, or why do I only
