How to resolve Formula in Saved Search not calculating as expected?

Hello,

Please see below screen shots of my search:


And my Results:

The first four columns are correct but i can not get the last result correct. The result should just be Last 3 Month / 12 Month or: 625/267 = 4.9.

I assumed taking the formulas from each column and combining them would work, but it didn't

Any help would be great!
