Why does my Workflow not able look up value when creating record via SOAP Web Services?

Hi There

I have a sales order approval routing workflow.

One of the actions on this to set a field value for a customer's available credit based on a look up formula field:

This works fine when the record is created via the UI.

However, when the record is created via webservices, this returns a null value

the workflow is set to execute on all contexts.


is the trigger incorrect?
