How to Translate Item Sales on Advanced PDF?

We solud to translate item sales description on PDF.

Our needs are to get Item Sales Description from "System Information - Translate" sublist.

With the information of "salesorder.shipcountry" in PDF Source Code we have iformation about language Customer Preference and so we change Layout PDF with customer's language.

But we don't know how to get informaton of the Translate Sales Description.
