How to Automatically Set a Value for Subsidiary Field using Go To Record Action

Hi, I want to automatically create a work order from a custom record using a workflow with a button to create the work order.

I am trying to use a workflow with an action 'Go To Record'. However in that action I do not see the field 'Subsidiary'. Since subsidiary is a mandatory field I need to populate it with a value. Also only after the subsidiary is filled I can fill in the field for assembly item.

I also tried to create a transaction workflow of the subtype work order. In that workflow I want to use a set field value action to fill subsidiary. However I am running into the same issue here that the subsidiary field is not available.
