What is the effect of User Time Zone on Saved searches?

Hi,

Use case:

User one in EST and User two in GMT with the setup in their user profile.

User one created a saved search with the condition. date created Today Behalf of User two and made user two the owner of the report.

What is the result for User one and User two if they run the report separately?

Will it show the data based on their user profile, or what will happen in this use case?
