How to add Discount Item to Saved Search Result?

I wanna add Sales Order > Item tab > Discount Item and Rate to a current Saved Transaction Search, but I cannot find the corresponding fields (field id: discountitem, discountrate), please let me know to add these fields to a Saved Transaction Search. Thanks.
