How can I Round Off Item Rate on Quote PDF/HTML Template

Hello,

We use the field item.rate in our quote template. Below is the template and code.

Currently it displays the item rate with two decimal places. Here is an example.

Im wondering if there is some logic i can apply that will round the rate to the nearest dollar.
