Can we receive emails when my NetSuite Support cases are updated on NetSuite Support Account Center?
Hi!
I was wondering, is it possible to receive email alerts when "my" support cases are updated?
The user needs to access Support > Support Overview> NetSuite Account Center to see their cases, and it can get difficult to track when somebody has responded.
