How to In Line Edit Taxable Item?

I am trying to edit the list of items that are taxable in our system.


I go to Financial-Lists-Items

When I click edit it tells me "Please select an item type before enabling editing"

I am not sure what to do? Any guidance is appreciated.

I am the company admin so my role should allow this.
