Able to say a record is a duplicate after I've said it's not?
Hey there Community!
I'm working through our duplicate records and it's currently considered a duplicate record if email matches. I wonder, if I set a record to 'Not a Duplicate' in the Manage Customer Duplicates screen, would I ever have the possibility to have it show as a duplicate to merge down the road if needs be? Or, once I mark it as Not a Duplicate, there's no way to merge after that?
I appreciate any guidance you're able to provide!
