Is it possible everytime a quote/estimate is updated it auto updates sales order?

Our account managers are regularly making changes to quotations/estimates post raising a sales order.

At the moment, they are having to close a sales order, re raise sales orders every time they make a change.

Every time a change is made to an estimate can it automatically update the sales order to reflect the changes?
