How does CSV Import Affect the Overall Performance of a NetSuite Account?

Performance Impact on Collaborative Processing


For example, when automatically linking an SalesOrder form with an external system using a schedule script, the process may take 10 hours due to the large amount of data.

If we were to create an SalesOrder import from CSV or from UI while the process is running, for example, would this affect performance?

For example, would the connection speed in the UI slow down, would the CSV import process take longer, or would the report display time be slower because the linkage process is running behind the scenes?
