How to solve Email Payment Notification stuck in Queue?

Hello, I want to be able to send out email payment notifications to my vendors, but each time I click Submit after choosing the settings and information I want to be sent, this stays in the "Queued" status until the next time I process payments. Is there a way to have these sent out the moment Submit is clicked? Really time consuming to send out individual notifications to vendors when I have over 300 at least once a month.


I noticed that after a new payment file has been processed any previously queued payment notifications are sent out and show "Processed" in the File Processed? column of the PFA: Results.
