How to create a Report to show Prepayment Account balance?

Hi

When I create a Vendor Prepayment, the PREPAYMENT ACCOUNT is posted, but I would like to output a PREPAYMENT ACCOUNT Balance List for each Vendor in a report.

How can I make it in the report?'
