Why is my List and Search option from a field disappeared on Chrome

When using Chrome the down arrows in the Company and Items field (and all other fields) in a Quote are no longer present for a specific user. When this user logs in using Microsoft Edge browser, they are see the down arrows and hence can access List and Search.



What could be contributing to this behavior?
