What is the required setup re: Spain Online VAT Register - Upload Page?

Hi guys,

we would like to start using the Tax Audit Files for uploading the SII Report to spanish tax authority.

I'm seeking for more information regarding the Spain Online VAT Register - Upload  Page. I would like to get more info regarding the required setup of this however I can't find any info regarding this part..

Could you please advise what and how this can be achieved?
