How to enable SuiteTax on account?

Hi,

Anyone who can help? I was watching the ENABLE SUITETAX and one of the steps you need to go to Setup>Company>Enable Features>Tax to enable the SUITETAX, unfortunately in the SANDBOX of my Customer, I don't see anything SUITETAX to enable before I can proceed. See screenshot below; Hope anyone who can help me on what will be the next steps, for me able to proceed for uploading of SUITETAX? :)
