Can we uninstall Advanced Procurement (Bundle ID: 57060) without any issue?

We are currently on implementation stage. One of the requirement is to have Blanket PO approval. We have checked the workflow for this but it is not available on our environment so we decided to install the Advanced Procurement (Bundle ID: 57060).

After installing, we have noticed that the Requisition became auto approved on Employee center but we have turned on the approval for this and used suiteapproval. I raised a Case #5014740: Requisition > Defaulting to Approved Status Instead of Pending Approval. But as per the support, Upon navigating to Customization > Scripting > Scripted Records, view Requisition. Under Workflows tab, there are two workflows from the Bundle 57060 which are Requisition Approval - Employee Center and Requisition Approval - Main based SuiteAnswer 100242 - Running the Requisition Approval Workflow.
