How Can I Reduce AR Invoice by Tax Amount Only?
Hi Gurus! :)
Scenario:
I have a situation where I need to credit an AR invoice with many items and their respective taxes and then "eliminate" the tax amount from some.
So, imagine i have an invoice with 2 items, revenue for each item is $45, tax for each item is $5.
Dr. AR $100
Cr. Deferred Revenue $90
Cr. Tax Payable $10
Now I need to reduce my invoice by the tax on just one item, by $5, so my tax lability to government is $5 only (because customer qualified for a tax free item, let's say - so this is not a general CM, but a specific tax liability reduction issue).
