What are A/R Collection Tools Integrated with NetSuite?
Hello,
Our Accounting team is looking to find a tool to better manage their A/R Collections process. We currently have a makeshift Dunning module setup in Netsuite, but we need something a bit more robust that can help automate the process. We'd like the tool to help with:
-Assigning Collectors
-Escalation Process
-Calendar Items (Tasks for follow up for collectors)
-Customer Status (possibly integrate with SalesForce as well?)
