Why is Timestamp not showing in saved search?

Hi,

I am trying to build a saved search to capture how many items our employees are picking in a given time frame. I noticed on the pick task there was a line item end date that it had a date and a time stamp. I figured I would use this to know what items were picked in a given day. The field in the pick task has a time stamp but when I call up that field in a saved search it only shows the date. Why isn't it showing the time? How do I
