How to get an overview which users are using which language via Saved Search?

Hi,

In our Netsuite instance we are using 2 different languages, English and Dutch.

I am trying to find a way to get an overview which users are using which language.

Does anybody know how I can see this? I checked a search from employee and role, that has a language fields but it does not show the language which is set by the user.

Also I want the see what the default language is which is set. The default now apears to be Dutch and I want to change this to English. Does anybody know how i can set this default?
