How to change the color of our Customer's Customer Center?

We need to make our Customer's Customer Center visualization align with our color pallet.

It is currently the default ugly blue/gray.

I have added a custom Color Theme to align with our color pallet but cannot apply them to the Customer's Customer Center

Has anyone found a solution to replace/update the color theme on your Customer's Customer Center?

I see this has been an outstanding question for a very long time.
