How to show RF-Smart

We want to show the license plates associated with an item on the Item Fulfillment Line. I am able to source it and reduce the list but it gives me the internal ID of the RF-Smart License Plate. The License plate is an RF Smart Record that uses multiple records. Any thoughts on how to achieve this?
