Bin Putaway Quantity not available

I have a bin putaway pending, but the inventory is not on hand. I can't remove the bin flag on the item with the putaway pending, but I can't complete the putaway with no inventory. How can I resolve the issue?


Total on hand: 42,513,202

Total in bins 1: 42,027,760 and bin 2: 304,942.

Netsuite want to putaway the 180,500, but it is not found to complete the inventory details

How do I get that missing quantity into a bin? Can I use a cycle count?
