How to do the setup on UPS website to fetch the Negotiated rates to NetSuite?

Recently I created the UPS integration and in the shipping preferences, I choose to be the negotiated rates but still not working. I have checked suiteanswers but I cannot follow the steps that maybe because the website changed or something. I need this urgently please anyone can support me?
