How to setup Customer Specific Quantity Breaks?

Hi

i have a customer with a need to do item specific quantity breaks per customer.

example is customer a buys 1 Widget then the price is $1 customer a buys 5 widgets the price is 80c

Customer b buys 1 widget the price is $1 customer buys 10 price is 80c


The quantity break is different on each customer but you cannot enter breaks on item specific pricing records on customer record
