How to resolved an Error When Running Filtered Queries via SuiteAnalytics Connect?

Recently connected to NetSuite2.com using DataGrip and when running queries filtered:

select * from transaction where year(trandate) = 2023;

I receive an error saying: [S1000][400] [NetSuite][SuiteAnalytics Connect JDBC Driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Failed to retrieve data. Error ticket# lgvvjh4m14hfllw3sn8z5[400]

Any idea what's going on?
