How to resolve the SuiteCommerce InStore App Invalid Certificate error?

After downloading SCIS for Windows 10 and logging in, we get an error saying invalid certificate "medallia.netsuite.com". We have added it to the SCIS Mobile Certificate list but still no luck. Are we supposed to manually add a certificate to the desktop using SCIS? Anyone familiar with this error?
