How to update only one record of Planned Revenue?

What should be specified as the key when updating only one record of Planned Revenue?
Does it hold things like line numbers as well as billing?

I want to update Planned Revenue using a script.
Specifically, it will look for a record that matches a specific Planned Period value.
I will update the records found.
To do this, I need a unique key like the line number of the Invoice.
