TBA: Why do I get Unauthorized Status Code from NetSuite API after using signature twice?

calling netsuite api returns 200 status code only once when i call it again with same signature it returns unauthorised status code.

i have created nodejs POC to call NetSuite api using postman payload 

only once it returns success and if i hit it again it returns same error "Unauthorized"

where signature is correct i have cross checked with online signature generator as well
