Project Task Manager: Why Drag and Drop or Assignment is not working?

Hi,

I am not able to do any assignment to project tasks or do drag and drop as mentioned in the help/ suite answers.

I can see the resources, projects, and tasks. Stretching the bar is possible but moving the bar or reassigning the task to other is not done.

Appreciate your help on this.
