How to create an automated process to upload these journal entries into NetSuite?

On a daily basis we receive a file from Kyriba (Treasury Manager System) via a SFTP protocol. The file is deposited in a folder in Documents section of NetSuite. It contains the journal entries created in the Kyriba system. I need a way to create an automated process to upload these journal entries into NetSuite on a daily basis. I have searched and could not find a solution which told me how to achieve this.
