Allocation batch failed

Hi,

For period close pupose we created some intercompany allocation schedules to automatically post the participation amounts between subsidiaries. To avoid having to launch them all separately the intercompany allocation schedules are grouped in an allocation batch.

The allocation schedules includes Profit and Loss as well as Balance Sheet postings. Amounts on a specific GL accounts are allocated to GL accounts in an elimination company.

However, running the allocation batch returns in status failed: "The Allocation sources or destinations did not have any expenses associated with them for the selected period."

This is caused by an intercompany allocation schedule with no postings/movements on the GL account for the selected period. So there is nothing to allocate for this schedule.
