Open Purchase Order Report> to show Status (Pending Receipt, Pending Bill etc) as of a specific date

We want the open purchase order report to display the data as they were on the On Or Before date. The standard report filters the records to only display the POs on or before that date. but the fields: Current Status, Current Amount display the data as of today not on the On Or Before date.
