Show Number of Sales Orders on KPI Scorecard

I am trying to show the number of sales orders on a KPI dashboard. The standard KPI Sales (Orders) does not work because it is company wide. So I created a saved search to look at only B2B. When I drop this into a custom KPI, it is returning total sales orders, not broken out by Week/Month/Qtr/Year. Does anyone know how I can get that detail? As always, appreciate the help.
