Why approved purchase order quantity is not reflected as "Quantity on order" on the item?
Recently, we have noticed approved purchase order quantity is not reflected as "Quantity on order" on the item. I have gone through multiple SuiteAnswers suggestions but the issue still exists:
- 94865: Quantity on order on the Item Record is 0 even if the item is already on a transaction
- 35202: Quantity On Order Column on Item Records
- 77872: Show Quantity on Order on Purchase Order Item Line
- 71400: Quantity on Order of an Item Record Shows No Quantity Even With Existing Open Purchase Orders
- 86870: Quantity on Order Did Not Update After Saving Purchase Order
