How to identify ship complete orders with no back order quantities?

Hi,

I have a few scenarios where I need to know if a sales order has back order items on it. My dilemma is that a back order quantity is a line item level field and not on the main line level. I have one saved search reminder that is called Past Due SO Lines Pending Fulfillment. I want to use this reminder as a way of putting high priority on orders we have missed and it is now shipping late. We have some customers that don't want us to ship the order unless we can ship the whole order. We call this "Ship Complete". If the sales order has any back order quantity on it then the system does not let us wave the order. I can't figure out how to remove lines from the
