Suitetax: Tax determination error - Ship to export country. Bill to EU Country
Dear Guru,
When creating a transactions with 2 item lines.
1 Item is classified as 'Goods'.
1 Item is classified as 'Services'.
The SO is from an EU Subsidairy to a EU customer with an EU Vat Reg. No. The shipping country is a non-eu country. The billing is an eu country. Suitetax returns an error:
"Tax Calculation Plugin error due to a server-side SuiteScript exception: Transaction Type Determination Error: the transaction cannot be saved. The transaction contains items with different tax item types. Please create separate sales transactions for goods and for services."
This error only happens when the tax transaction type should be determined as 'Export' with mixed 'Services' and 'Goods' items.
