Is it possible to have a fixed rate for Budget vs Actual report?

Dear,

Our customer is working on the differences between budget and actuals and they have the following question:

  • Could we make a report that would use the same fixed rate for actuals as for budget. The objective would be to cancel any FX impact from the budget vs actuals analysis
