How to add multiple Item Pricing in CSV Import?

Hello!

I am trying to do a CSV import to set item pricing for other currencies. I have my csv formatted with 4 pricing levels based on quantity but for some reason when I get to the mapping page, it only gives me Item - Pricing 1 instead of multiple.

I have the CSV import file built exactly as shown in the documentation below:
