How to allow a customer with read-only API access for "SKU" & "Available Inventory" information only

Hi all,

We are looking for how to allow a customer read-only api access for "SKU" & "Available Inventory" information only. They are wanting to import this feed hourly into Salesforce on their end. Our only concern is providing this info securely. How can we provide that access? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
