Link existing Purchase Order and Bill

Hello how are you, can someone tell me if this is possible to do in netsuite through a CSV import?
I have this purchase order with this article for this amount of 153,000.00


And this bill for the same amount:



    
        
            
    


both imported by CSV, When I try to relate them by CSV import, the system confirms the operation but does not relate them and does not apply them, The option to relate appears but it does not apply between both documents
